Whispy Chat operates on a peer-to-peer basis, meaning:

• Messages are sent directly between users
• No data passes through our servers
• All data exists only in your browser during the active session
• Once you close the tab, all data is permanently deleted

3. Technical Implementation

We use WebRTC technology for direct peer-to-peer connections. The only server interaction is for initial peer discovery, which contains no personal data.

While we ensure secure peer-to-peer connections, users should:

• Not share sensitive personal information
• Be mindful of files they share
• Verify they're chatting with their intended recipient
